Beachcon 2017: CSULB's premier gaming culture festival.

Beachcon 2017 is California State University’s premier culture festival dedicated to celebrating the gaming and culture at CSULB and beyond.
 On March 4th : Noon - 2 A.M. & March 5th : 10 A.M. - 8 P.M. All completely free.

            This festival is in its twelfth year and is presented by CSULB’s eSports Association. The CSULB eSports Association is a community competition charity that has a dream to “foster the competitive drives of all prospective student athletes” and give back to the community by gaming for charity.

             Beachcon is sponsored by some of the biggest names in gaming, iBUYPOWER, EVGA and eSports to name a few. Beachcon will be providing Open Free Play LAN, Esports/Gaming Tournaments, Live gaming demos, food trucks and more.

            Here are some of the tournaments Beachcon is offering.

·         League of Legends 5v5 (online registration)

·         Counter-Strike: GO 5v5 (online registration)

·         Overwatch 6v6 (online registration)

·         Hearthstone 1v1(onsite registration)
